Boy Molestor: Eddie Long Coronated King!!

Boy Molestor: Eddie Long Coronated King!!

I would like to start this post with an emphatic, Ewww!  For those of you without 3G, 4G, cable, FIOS, or the Internet, Eddie Long is a millionaire pastor of New Birth Ministries, in Atlanta, Georgia.  I remember the first time I saw this burly Black man on TV,  wearing a leather vest and rocking a Jheri Curl.  I said to my wife, “Change the channel. I do not trust him. He is full of s&#t!”

I remember seeing him in a video getting the church riled up and saying,  “Come on y’all we gonna dance with the Devil!” and he proceeded to morph into his “Cross It Up” signature dance move.  Later in the year, four (and later five)  now adult Black males, filed a civil suit claiming they were sexually abused and or seduced by Eddie Long while they were teenagers.  He took them to Africa, bought them lavish gifts in order to win their trust and to perform oral sex on them.

He claimed he would fight these allegations, like David fought Goliath.  But in the end, he settled and paid the young men millions of dollars for their silence.  The sad thing is, the sleeping members of his church insist, he is innocent.  Well folks, innocent men do not settle.  This is representative of the “sleeping” people of the Church.  He is nothing more than a wolf in sheep’s clothing. I dare say, it also represents the lack of intelligence, in this particular church.

Recently, at a service, Eddie Long was wrapped in a Holy Scroll and lifted in a chair as the congregation erupts into a cacophony of praise and worship, as the “sheeple” (sheep people) catch the “spirit”.

“WOW is all I can say. In a recent service on January 29th 2012, Eddie Long who is Bishop at New Birth Missionary Baptist Church invited Ralph Messer who claims to be a Rabbi bringing torah truth to Christians. This rabbi then proceeds to pronounce Eddie Long as King in “god’s government” lifting him up in his chair/throne and carrying him around the stage.”

What does the Bible say about being a Pastor?

Timothy 3:1-7

“This is a true saying, If a man desire the office of a bishop, he desireth a good work. A bishop then must be blameless, the husband of one wife, vigilant, sober, of good behavior, given to hospitality, apt to teach; Not given to wine, no striker, not greedy of filthy lucre; but patient, not a brawler, not covetous; One that ruleth well his own house, having his children in subjection with all gravity; (For if a man know not how to rule his own house, how shall he take care of the church of God?) Not a novice, lest being lifted up with pride he fall into the condemnation of the devil. Moreover he must have a good report of them which are without; lest he fall into reproach and the snare of the devil.”

How can this Church support this man after this lewd and lascivious scandal?  This Church is very sad and I hope they wake up. They are one of many reasons the Church has a bad name. Let’s take a look at what Jesus said about false prophets during His brief time on Earth.

Matthew 7:15

“Watch out for false prophets. They come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ferocious wolves.

Ain’t nothing like Jesus! Somebody please tell Eddie Long to give Moe from the Three Stooges his hair cut back!
