Kirk Cameron actor turned evangelist, appeared on Piers Morgan Show, and stated his views on the homosexual lifestyle.  He stated being gay is “unnatural and detrimental” and also marriage should be between a man and a woman.  It was clear Piers Morgan, did not agree with his views, and responded, “If my son told me he was gay. I would say that is great! As long as you are happy.” Kirk responded with just because it feels good it does not mean you should act on it.

Piers continued to push the issue and to use the fact, seven states have approved gay marriage. Also, Piers said, “I am not an American” as if he was being objective.  I believe, Kirk Cameron, was attempting to say if you put all of the gay men (of the world) on one island, and all the gay women on another island, in one-hundred years they would die off.  This means because of the unnatural nature of the union there is no way to procreate. This is not a debatable  fact of this scenario.

It took great courage for Kirk to share his views in front of millions of viewers.  Of course there would be immediate backlash for those who do not approve of his Biblical sound responses.

Herndon Graddick of GLAAD responded:

“With an increasing number of states recognizing marriage equality, Americans are seeing that marriage is about committed couples who want to make a lifelong promise to take care of and be responsible for each other and that gay and lesbian couples need equal security and legal protections. That’s not ‘redefining’ anything,” said Graddick.

Clearly, being a homosexual is not supported in the Bible. Even Bill Mahr, has spread disinformation on the Bible saying it is outdated and stated, it is only addressed in the Old Testament of the Bible, in his special, “Religulous”. The irony is Bill tries to set up himself as knowledgeable on so many topics, when he clearly is not.  Here is one example from the New Testament regarding homosexuality:

Romans 1:24-27

New International Version (NIV)

24 Therefore God gave them over in the sinful desires of their hearts to sexual impurity for the degrading of their bodies with one another. 25 They exchanged the truth about God for a lie, and worshiped and served created things rather than the Creator—who is forever praised. Amen.

26 Because of this, God gave them over to shameful lusts. Even their women exchanged natural sexual relations for unnatural ones. 27 In the same way the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another. Men committed shameful acts with other men, and received in themselves the due penalty for their error.

Graddick also said:

“Cameron is out of step with a growing majority of Americans, particularly people of faith who believe that their gay and lesbian brothers and sisters should be loved and accepted based on their character and not condemned because of their sexual orientation.”

Let’s take a look at what the Bible says about the last days and how people will twist the Word of the Bible to their own human desires, even the so-called faithful:

2 Timothy 4:3

For the time will come when men will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear.

As you can see God knew this time would come and people would change the true nature of His Word. Is Kirk Cameron wrong? Not according to the Bible! He is wrong in the eyes of man. Who would you rather disappoint? God or man?

PS:  Show me one Lion in the wild who decides to shave his mane off and run with the lioness. Just one…

Yada yada yada. Yeah ok, the gays are going to destroy civilization as we know it. And homosexuality is unnatural. Religion is unnatural and it will destroy civilization. If you want to believe in God, ok fine. But do not shove your beliefs down my throat. Don’t use religion for your own personal agenda. You don’t like gays. So freakin’ what???? Priests rape little boys. Westboro Church picketing funerals for soldiers. Chic-fil-a not being open on a Sunday. All of that is apparently ok. But 2 people of the same sex loving one another is wrong. Its destructive and unnatural. No Kirk. What’s unnatural is the fact that after all these years, you are still in the closet. It’s really ok to be gay Kirk. God will not hate you, because he doesn’t exist.

      1. Yada yada yada. Yeah ok, the gays are going to destroy civilization as we know it.

Answer: I don’t think it is a matter of destroying civilization. It is the fact gays have to depend upon surrogate means to procreate. Which clearly stands outside the laws of nature. Clearly, not destruction, this an over dramatization.

      2. And homosexuality is unnatural.

Answer: Clearly, to utilize another man’s waste evacuation systems and depositing the seed of life has no purpose. The Bible, is clear on this point.

      3. If you want to believe in God, ok fine.

Answer: You got that right. Even quantum physicist had discovered “consciousness” at the essence of matter. Who do you think it is?

      4. But do not shove your beliefs down my throat.

Answer: God gives man “free will” and nobody is shoving anything any where.

      5. Don’t use religion for your own personal agenda.

Answer: There is a difference between religion and Scripture.

      I Timothy 1:9-10:

“Law is not made for a righteous person but for those who are lawless and rebellious, for the ungodly and sinners, for the unholy and profane, for those who kill their fathers or mothers, for murderers and fornicators and homosexuals and kidnappers and liars and perjurers, and whatever else is contrary to sound (healthy) teaching.”

This is Scripture. Many times I find “religion” who will pick and choose what they follow. The Word is the Word.

      6. You don’t like gays. So freakin’ what????

Answer: I have nothing against anyone. From a Biblical perspective you can not justify and turn a sin into a lifestyle. Even the military is guilty of this! A sin is a sin. The gay community has embraced a sin according to the Bible and justified it and turned it into an acceptable sin. People who commit serial adultery are in the same boat.

      7. Priests rape little boys. Westboro Church picketing funerals for soldiers.

Answer: All of this is deplorable and not supported by any Scripture! People are confusing the acts of corrupt institutions with the Word. If they read Scripture they would turn away from these institutions.

      8. Chic-fil-a not being open on a Sunday.

Answer: In my opinion, this is a crime. I can not get enough of Chic-fil-a!

      9. But 2 people of the same sex loving one another is wrong.

Answer: I love many other men. I just do not have sexual desires for them.

      10. Its destructive and unnatural.

Answer: According to the Bible it is. Do not blame society today for reading this. Blame the writers of the Bible who were Divinely inspired by the Holy Spirit.

2 Peter 1:21 – 21 For prophecy never had its origin in the human will, but prophets, though human, spoke from God as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit.

It is funny how people will believe the words of a psychic, word from word; but, it is not possible for the Holy Spirit to speak through man.

      11. No Kirk. What’s unnatural is the fact that after all these years, you are still in the closet. It’s really ok to be gay Kirk. God will not hate you, because he doesn’t exist.

Answer: Maybe your wrong or right about Kirk Cameron; but, there is not evidence he is in the closet. He just spoke his opinion from his Biblical beliefs and according to the Word he was not wrong.
