Many people today have bastardized the teachings of Christ with a political activism. These are two distinctly different principles where one follows a spiritual agenda while the other promotes an earthly agenda. The attempt to merge the two is like mixing oil and water.  When you hear people discussing political things and use terms like “pray” and “Jesus” know Christ would have nothing to do with this. Furthermore it has nothing to do with following the path of Christ — nothing.

I have been introduced to many schools of thought that attempt to justify Christ and politics. The main question is:  Don’t you think Jesus would warn all on the illuminated government killing people on all fronts?  The answer to this question is very easy to prove and the answer is NO.  While Jesus was alive the Roman Empire was worse than now! Imagine traveling the road to Rome only to see crucified humans on crosses like billboards. Or walking by grandiose temples honoring the gods the Old Testament repudiated.

There were always rumors of war surrounding the Roman Empire because Rome had many enemies. The politicians were corrupt and sexual immorality was an accepted part of the culture.  We are on the road to this in modern times yet these issues were not part of the ministry of Christ.  Why not?  Why would the Son of God incarnate on this earth and not address them? In all of our wisdom (and lack of spiritual wisdom) people sum up what they believe would be important to Christ. 

Many people have asked me the same question hoping it will be rhetorical and it is not — when comes to the mind of Christ.  Can you imagine the ministry of Christ preaching in a pulpit, or radio, or blogging on every potential current event which might harm Rome? What about the other countries on the losing end of a war or to the victors? When it comes to mankind good and evil is a matter of perspective. In the Book of John it said God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son. 

John 3:16

For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.

The German people of World War II did not think they were evil people.  They thought they were making the world a better place. While the Jewish people thought the German people were evil.  When it comes to the flawed nature of man anything can be justified in the name of God — but this does not make it truth.  The truth in the Bible is Jesus was not a political activist because then He would have been serving two kingdoms.

Many people have missed the example of the life of Christ. They have turned him into a militia, or a political watchdog, or a survivalist.  If we look at the spiritual teachings in the Bible we would learn otherwise. The spiritual message of the Chosen people lost in the dessert for 40 years teaches a principle. Do you really believe they were actually lost in the desert for 40 years? How long do you think women would follow a lost man with a map before speaking up?  Here we learned the principle of pure Faith in the spiritual mechanics promised by the Most High.

Just as a dropped apple must follow the laws of gravity so must the laws of spirit.  It is a law of manifestation where if the people aligned their thoughts with this principle all would be provided. It would happen at exactly the right time without fail. We see this example through food, water, shelter, and protection from enemies of the Chosen people. The Most High used the example of birds to show us even they are cared for by following this spiritual law of Faith. 

It gets even better when we look at the incident with Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego. They evoked the principle of protection from a furnace so hot it burned their escorts on the way into the fire! This is a lesson of: even if you are in the presence of your enemies who wish to do you harm — you will not only survive but prevail! It is clear to me we have bastardized our earthly intellect with spiritual things.  This is why Jesus would not “warn” of possible geographically based evils because the whole world was important to him.

So Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, securely tied, fell into the roaring flames. 

When I hear things like China is going to invade America I can only laugh.  Let me go on record here and say this will never happen. You see I have a military background and I even took four years of military history in college. If you have a billion man army and you want to invade another country it all comes down to logistics. You are getting into areas of transportation, communications, resources, etc.  Meaning you have to be able to move this billion man army and feed them. It is a huge endeavor which would include amassing your troops.

Not to mention the potential for civil unrest in the country of China where the people are miserable due to widespread poverty. Leaving the country to invade another could be the lynchpin which destabilizes the Chinese government itself.  If anyone has to worry about the Chinese it would be Israel! The Chinese are the Kings of the East which will march across the Euphrates River. It is much easier endeavor to march troops over a river than to have to transport them by air force. America is being destroyed from within — now. The biggest enemy of America is America. 

The American people are being failed by the legislative, judicial, and executive branches of Government; including the collective consciousness of the people. We are witnessing the spiritual decay of America very quickly now. These are the same spiritual crimes which caused horrific judgements from the realm of spirit. The only defense against these judgements are right spiritual choices. This is what Jesus attempted to teach us. The greatest power over any physical event is a spiritual application.  I am so amused when I hear political rhetoric mixed with Christ in America because the same rhetoric can be heard from Russian Christians — except America is the enemy.

The problem is we have not even begun to master the teachings Christ attempted to teach us. This is why He said how can I tell you about spiritual things when you can not understand earthly things? Just the act of separating ourselves from conflict (as He did) is the first baby step to attainment. This is such an important word, “attainment” because we are not realizing it as a people.  To empty ourselves of conflict and fill ourselves with love separates ourselves from earthly issues.

The sixth angel poured out his bowl on the great river Euphrates, and its water was dried up to prepare the way for the kings from the East.

Who is discussing the spiritual issues these days? Men want to proselytize about the importance of: economics, sustainability, invasions, war, biogenics, sexual immorality, and a plethora of other issues. Yet, where are the spiritual lessons as demonstrated by the people in the Bible? Who of us can walk into the dessert with nothing and survive? Who can survive the heat of the hottest furnace? These are all attainable feats once demonstrated by other humans who followed the path to attainment. The pied pipers of doom and political activist bastardizing the teachings of Christ will never see attainment. 

We need to return to formula because the spiritual game is currently rigged for failure. We need to start as Mr. Miyagi taught (or Mr. Han depending on your generational gap) and start with “wax on – wax off.” We need to intuitively and instinctively react to any and everything with the right spiritual reaction. Once we have mastered the basics we can move up Jacob’s ladder to attainment. We need to fill ourselves with the emotions of Christ and the reactions of Him as well.

I was being challenged by a gentleman one day and he said to me what are you going to do if the Nazi Army is marching down your street? Are you going to fight? I replied, “I will run like Forrest Gump!” Later in the conversation I told him if I master the path to attainment I will not have to worry about none of these things because I will not be there! I do not think he got it but I told him I am smart enough to know when I am going down the wrong road.

What is the fruit of political activism in America? You separate yourself from the Government and you become a survivalist. You in essence become a hoarder in the event the line between civilization and anarchy becomes blurred. I do not think people understand (in America) if that day ever happens your constitutional rights are terminated and all your supplies become property of the military. Sure you can fight with your AK-47 but what is an AK-47 vs. an armored vehicle mounted with a .50 caliber machine gun? Or an Apache helicopter (in whisper mode) targeting your home?

If we were supposed to react this way should not have Christ started a javelin school while on earth? Or teach us all about guerilla warfare? What he taught us can only be described as magic by an outsider! Where he performed the illusions of walking on water, creating spontaneous matter, teleportation, and zombiism (remember He came back from the dead). Other men of the Bible were just as magical where they survived scorching hot deserts for weeks, withstood blazing fires and instantaneously learned new languages. The students of the Bible know this is not magic but a promise of attainment from the Most High Himself!

To focus on earthly things is to deny this promise. We actually hit the attainment “kill switch” when we choose conflict and judgement. Americans are so narcissistic where we have now politicised Jesus as the true path. This same behavior is happening in other countries as well with America being evil.  The question is: Can we blame them?  Are we not the country who idolizes celebrities who pepper their videos and musical performances with occult symbols? Where these same entertainers perform known witchcraft rituals on the television.

Even to the point, the President of the US who once repudiated homosexuality has now jumped off the bench, and is the new global cheerleader for homosexuality/lesbian political agendas . We can focus on all of this negativity until the cows come home but how does this make us closer to the Most High? How is this the road to spiritual attainment? Again, these are the same things that were happening when Jesus was alive yet he spoke not against them. This is part of His lesson to us. The question is will we learn the path to attainment before it is too late? The bottom line is you are either following the path of Christ or you are not.
