If you are a regular reader at Revelation Now, you know we pride ourselves on promoting the truth. Every now and then we are just plain wrong and build a case based on a misunderstood false premise. Our errors have included using Scripture improperly, reporting on a mysterious giant being walking in the horizon, and now demonic magic. In the wise words of John F. Kennedy, “An error does not become a mistake until you refuse to correct it.”

So let’s jump into some of the post on demonic magic we covered. Our premise was based on Biblical magicians who were quoted as using demons and spirits to assist them in performing for the public. Some of them even began to make a pretty penny and were sought out through the lands. This is not the case with magicians we have covered in our post.

What we have learned is this “demonic magic” is just slight of hand, visual misdirection, or unfamiliar products. There are no spirits involved in the Oreo cookie trick just a different brand “Oreo Esque” cookie with a big marshmallow in the middle.  The video you will see will further debunk and dispel any misunderstanding the spirit world is involved in the magic. This means many of the tricks these “magicians” perform have a logical explanation and we must take better care to look before we leap.

Is this to say demons do not work with magicians? We at Revelation Now are not suggesting that! The Word tells us using spiritual insight demons do infact aid magicians. Perhaps these magicians mix it up a bit. We also must remember these “tricks” are performed on video and perhaps there is a reason for this? Whatever the case it is important for us not to mislead anyone.

This is why we decided to post these videos in order to be objective and always dedicated to the truth. Finally, this is not an indictment against Xendrius! She has stated there are explanations for some of this magic; but not all. We have no idea who the people are in these videos placed in the crowd. Perhaps, they are paid actors and maybe not. At the end of the day we must test, test, test, so we will not be fooled. Please accept our sincere apology for our error!
