A new YouTube video is circulating the Internet with claims of an angel over Mexico. This looks to be high definition footage which is rare these days. The “angel” actually looks like a cloud outline of a humanoid shape with wings. It does not appear to move and looks as if is sitting on the clouds. In the age of CGI who can really tell if is authentic? I will tell you I encountered a lady who said she could see beings in the clouds. She sent me pictures and one looked like light in the shape of a dragon. She told me other beings ride that thing.
