Netflix Drops How It Ends: An End of Age Apocalyptic Event

Netflix has thrown its hat into the ring of the apocalyptic end of the Age movies with How It Ends, with a release date of July 13, 2018. The plot of the movie is a desperate father tries to return home to his pregnant wife after a mysterious apocalyptic event turns everything to chaos. The reality is the Earth has a cyclical relationship with cataclysmic events at the end of an Age. By definition an Age last 26,000 years and different cultures through oral tradition shared how these destructions occurred.

Modern-day archeology and scientist are familiar with a world flood, ice age, and a mega earthquake and diverse cultures speak of these as judgments at the end of an Age. The Mayan prophecy never stated it was the “end of the world” as the media portrayed. The Mayan’s said it was the end of the fourth world and a great global catastrophe would ensue, before the beginning of the fifth world. How It Ends plays to natural events that cause the end of this current world. Please do not be filled with fear reading this because it does not mean the end of human life.

It should be obvious because there were four prior worlds hosting humankind that there will be a fifth.  The real question should be the pattern at the end of an Age because it is certainly cyclical. It begs the question, Why? Is there a relationship between the collective consciousness of mankind’s behavior and the severity of cataclysms at the end of an Age?  The Bible states the Most High uses the weather, earthquakes, rains, and floods to punish people of the Earth.

17 Terror and pit and snare await you, people of the earth. 18 Whoever flees at the sound of terror will fall into a pit; whoever climbs out of the pit will be caught in a snare. The floodgates of the heavens are opened, the foundations of the earth shake. 19 The earth is broken up, the earth is split asunder, the earth is violently shaken. 20 The earth reels like a it sways like a hut in the so heavy upon it is the guilt of its rebellion that it falls—never to rise again. - Isaiah 24:17-20 (NIV)

This is why the term judgment is used at the end of an Age. This means there is a Super Consciousness that is aware of all Earth behaviors that are reconciled against His Universal and Natural Laws. Although each end of the Age cataclysms is deadly, some are more deadly. For instance, the Ice Age seemed more survivable than the flood. This fourth world is prophesied to end by fire. Right now there are over 20 volcanos erupting on the Earth according to volcanodiscovery.com.

Great earthquakes are on the upswing and they are activating volcanos and sinkholes. Every year floods are devastating cities and the solar UVB index has risen to unsafe levels for humans. In essence, destructive creative forces are on the rise and eventually, they will coalesce into a major event. The wildcards are incoming objects from space outlined in Biblical prophecy.

The trailer for How It Ends seems to encompass all of these cataclysmic elements and the writer’s interpretation of the human response will be survival of the fittest. What movies like this do not deal with is the spiritual elements relationship to humans at the end of the Age.  According to the Bible followers of the teachings of Jesus will survive, but some will also perish. Why is this?  Is it possible even if you are a follower and you are living in a house below a volcano you are doomed no matter what?

In my opinion, this means you must exercise common sense during this time as well. There are some areas people should leave based on obvious environmental threats. If you physically stay in a dangerous area be prepared to face the physical results. Biblical prophecy makes it very clear the entire Earth will go through a great cataclysmic event and ancient oral tradition substantiates this claim. You must agree the Earth seems to be waking up and she is certainly not happy.

There are invisible laws running all things and science fastidiously documents what they can observe. Spirit has its own set of laws which cannot be observed and judgment is linked to how we practice them. I am sure you can agree the Earth is now a hodgepodge of beliefs and many are nothing more than constructs from the minds of men.   Universal and Natural Law will always prevail and the end of the Age will be that proof.
