In May 2011, President Ahmadinejad of Iran alleged Western countries are causing droughts in certain parts of the world, including Iran. Is there any truth to this claim? Is it possible to steal moisture from a cloud. My answer is give any person enough time and a fat budget and the answer is yes. The Euphrates River is in fact drying up and to a point many villages are experiencing mass snake infestation.
If we take a look at known technology such as HAARP, is it possible to heat clouds up and remove the moisture? I will have to say this sounds very plausible. I must also ask the question, “Is Biblical prophecy being implemented using technology?” China and Venezuela has alleged the US has used HAARP to create earthquakes. Can this be proven? I am not sure but we should investigate this nonetheless.
